    Pierściec
Pierściec, a small village located north of Skoczów, is known primarily for its Shrine of Saint Nicholas, which is unique in Poland. However, only the few know that Pierściec can also boast of an interesting sightseeing and natural attraction, which is a historic mill infested with a colony of very rare bats - lesser horseshoe bats. Therefore, this object is a protected area of special natural habitats of the Natura 2000 network.

Równica, which rises to a height of 885 meters above sea level, is one of the most famous peaks of the Silesian Beskid. It is a popular destination for weekend trips of inhabitants of Silesia. Równica and the nearby peak of Lipowski Groń (743 m) form the northernmost massif of the mountain range, separating the valleys of the Vistula and Brennica rivers from each other. This mountain range is called the Range of Równica and Trzy Kopce.

This is one of the younger landscape parks in Poland, which was established in 1998. The Silesian Beskids form a mountain range, which in the area of the Polish Beskids and the whole Polish Carpathians is the westernmost mountain group. Its highest peak is Skrzyczne (1257 m). The second prominent massif (merging with Skrzyczne into one range) is Barania Góra (1220 m). The range of Barania Góra and Skrzyczne is the core part of these mountains, which clearly distinguish themselves from the two remaining parts of the Silesian Beskids: the western part culminating in the peak of Wielka Czantoria (995 m) and the northern part, where the highest peak is Klimczok (1117 m).

Mount Malinowska Skała rises to a height of 1152 m above sea level (in the mountain range of the Silesian Beskid). The mountain itself is rather not a tourist destination. This peak is usually passed by while hiking from Barania Góra to Skrzyczne or from the Salmopolska Pass to the village of Lipowa. However, it is worthwhile to take a closer look at Mount Malinowska Skała, because on its top there is a huge size block of sandstone - a monument of nature - and the top itself has a unique geological structure.

The opening to the cave lies at an altitude of 1080 m above sea level, on the south-eastern slopes of Mount Malinów (1115 m). There is a short approach from the red trail connecting the Samopolska Pass with the top of Malinowska Skała (The Malinowska Rock) in the Barania Góra Range. Attention: In recent times, metal ladders, allowing the descent into the cave, have been partially vandalized.

    Ustroń
The Forest Park of Surprises in Ustroń Zawodzie is one of the biggest tourist attractions beneath the peak of Czantoria. A visit to the park offers an opportunity to rest in a wooded retreat, but - most importantly – it provides a lot of surprises. Along the walking paths we can encounter deer, roe deer, wild boars, mouflons, and even European bisons. The great attraction is the falconry and owlery, which hosts shows of flights of these beautiful birds. So, the Ustroń Park is a zoo in a wild natural habitat, which successfully combines education and fun.
